Next TSM Meeting - Feb 21-23, 2019

The 54th annual meeting will be hosted by the Kleberg Advanced Microscopy Center at the University of Texas in San Antonio from February 21st - 23rd, 2019. A workshop is scheduled on Thursday (21st), while the scientific program with platform and poster presentations is scheduled on Friday and Saturday (22nd & 23rd). There will also be a vendor exhibition on Friday. Registration for the meeting in San Antonio will open on 10/01/2018. Please come back then to register and submit your abstract. Early-registration (until 02/01/2019) and membership will be $35 for students, $125 for regular members, and $300 for corporate members (plus 3% processing fee). After 02/01/2019 registration fee plus membership will be $150 for regular members and $50 for students.

Application for travel support for students will be available during registration. The TSM supports students that live within 50 miles of the venue with $50 and students that live more than 50 miles from the venue with $100.

October 15, 2018: First call; Registration will open.
December 3, 2018: Second call.
January 11, 2019: Final call.
January 18, 2019: Abstract submission deadline.
February 1, 2019: Early registration deadline.
February 6, 2019: Hotel reservation deadline.

PLATFORM PRESENTATIONS will be scheduled for 10 minutes (students) or 15 minutes (all others), with an additional 5 minutes for questions on either Friday or Saturday morning. Please, prepare your presentation using PowerPoint and bring it to the meeting on either a flash drive or CD.


POSTER PRESENTATIONS: Posters will be displayed on poster boards measuring 45” by 45”.
